Buyer Side

Communicate with buyer for next steps and what to expect using customized checklist and templates built for you​

Review agreement of sale, addendums and other required documents for completion and signatures

Obtain any missing signatures

Submit transaction file along with all required documents to broker office

Ensure escrow is sent to Seller Agent or coordinate opening of escrow (when necessary)

Assist buyer with scheduling inspections 

Liaison in all communication and coordination with Seller Agent, Lender, Title Company or Attorney and any other parties involved with transactions

Communicate with buyer and other necessary parties to ensure all contract dates are met

Ensure buyer receives copies of all necessary HOA documents, reports and other required documentation

Coordinate with seller agent to ensure all required repairs have been completed in appropriate time frame

 

Send buyer settlement notice with time and location along with what is required to bring 

Schedule walk throughs with seller agent

Review preliminary title commitment and settlement statements

Upload all documents to agent e-file platform

Order closing gift (as requested)

Send buyer request for agent review​

Seller Side
